INDIANAPOLIS---The Mississippi College women's soccer team is ranked 2nd in the south region in the initial region rankings released by the NCAA on Wednesday (Oct. 27). All region rankings can be found here:

The Lady Choctaws are currently 10-3 overall (8-2 GSC) on the year and boast a 9-2 record against teams in the south region. MC is currently riding a 4 match win streak and have won 6 of their last 7 matches. The Lady Choctaws also boast a 3-1 record against other teams listed in the top 8 of the south region.Â
This weekend, MC will host Spring Hill on Friday (Oct. 29) and then will host West Florida on Sunday afternoon (Oct. 31) with both matches starting at 1:00 pm.Â
