CLINTON, Miss. --- The Mississippi College women's soccer team will play back-to-back to home games as they host Ouachita Baptist on Saturday at 1:00 p.m. and Harding on Sunday at 2:00 p.m. at Longabaugh Field.
The Lady Choctaws (4-0, 1-0 GSC) faced Ouachita Baptist last Sunday in Arkadelphia, Ark. and came away with a 4-0 win due to a second half surge. Junior
Sydney Oliver (Kingwood, Texas) scored the eventual game-winning goal in the 52nd minute, marking her second tally of the season. Senior Sayit Mejia Bello (Bogota, Colombia) scored her fourth goal of the season and recorded assists on both goals by sophomore
Caitlin Hayes (Warrington, England.)
The Lady Choctaws have been a second half team over their first four matches, outscoring their opponents 14-1 over the final 45 minutes.
Leading the Lady Choctaws offense is Mejia Bello and Hayes. Mejia Bello has recorded four goals with four helpers. Defender Hayes has tallied four goals in the last two matches all coming from headers off corner kicks.

The Lady Tigers (1-2) attack is led by Haley Hatcher who has recorded two goals. The offense has tallied 39 shots against their opponents. In goal for Ouachita Baptist is Lauren Llanes who has made 19 saves with a 3.60 goals against average.
The Lady Choctaws played Harding in the 2014 season in Searcy, Ark. defeating the Lady Bisons 2-1.
Harding's (1-2) attack is led by Carley Stevens with four goals and Bethany Sutherland with three goals. The Lady Bison's offense has converted 13 goals to their opponent's six. Kaitlyn Miller is between the posts for Harding with 19 save and a 1.54 goals against average.
The Lady Choctaws are now off to their best start since 2008 when MC picked up four straight wins and went on to start 11-1 on the season.
