CLINTON, Miss. — Mississippi College placed seven student-athletes across multiple fall sports on the 2025 Gulf South Conference All-Academic Team, as announced by the league office, recognizing academic excellence during the 2025 fall semester.
The Choctaws were represented in women's cross country and men's soccer, with all honorees meeting the conference's academic standards while competing at the NCAA Division II level.
Women's cross country saw three Mississippi College athletes earn recognition. Senior
Bre Bell, senior
Taylor Benoit, and senior
Lauren Wallace were each named to the All-Academic Team following strong performances in the classroom and in competition during the fall.
Mississippi College men's soccer accounted for four selections. Senior

Callum Lee, sophomore
Alvaro Pena, and junior
Gage Sorey earned All-Academic honors for their academic and athletic achievements during the semester.
