Men's Soccer

Men's and Women's Soccer Players Earn CSC Academic All-District Honors

Clinton, Miss. – Mississippi College men's and women's soccer teams have been recognized for their academic excellence with several athletes earning College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District® honors. The prestigious award celebrates student-athletes who excel both on the field and in the classroom.

Women's Soccer:
Five members of the Mississippi College women's soccer team were named to the 2024-25 CSC Academic All-District® Women's Soccer Team:

These student-athletes were selected for their outstanding academic achievements and athletic performances. The Academic All-District® honor recognizes the nation's top soccer student-athletes across NCAA Division II, Division III, and NAIA levels.

The selection process takes into account academic standing, athletic performance, and overall contribution to their team. These honorees are now eligible to advance to the CSC Academic All-America® ballot, where they will compete for the national recognition. Finalists for the Academic All-America® awards will be announced on December 11, 2024.

Men's Soccer:
In addition, Santi Diosa from the Mississippi College men's soccer team earned a spot on the 2024-25 CSC Academic All-District® Men's Soccer Team. Diosa's exemplary academic record and strong play on the field earned him recognition among the top student-athletes in the nation.

The CSC Academic All-District® teams represent the best of the best in collegiate soccer, honoring those who achieve success both academically and athletically. The program is supported by the NCAA Division II and III national governance structures, as well as the NAIA governance body, which helps fund the fulfillment of these prestigious awards.
