CLINTON, Miss. --- The Mississippi College women's basketball team returns to action on Tuesday, Nov. 21 as it travels to Russellville, Ark., to face Arkansas Tech University. Tip-off is set for 5:30 p.m.
•   Tuesday marks the third meeting between Mississippi College and Arkansas Tech, but the first since 1996. ATU leads the overall series at 2-0 as the Golden Suns claimed a home and home series between the two squads.
•   Mississippi College enters Tuesday's tilt after claiming an 80-79 win over LeMoyne-Owen on Saturday. The win was the 20th, home-opening win under head coach
Paul Allen Duke as MC erased a 15-point deficit.

Zan Ratcliffe posted an impressive debut for the Lady Choctaws. The Taylorsville, Miss., native scored the final bucket for the Navy and Gold for two of her 13 points on the day. The junior also added a team-best nine assists along with four rebounds in the victory.

Zariah Matthews led MC in scoring against LOC. The sophomore from Bogue Chitto, Miss., posted a career-high 19 points. Fellow sophomore
Emery Wilson also garnered a career-high with 15 points and grabbed a team-best nine rebounds - one shy of her second career double-double.Â

Ieisha Lacey and
Lauran Sheriff rounded out the group of double figure scorers. Lacey tabbed in 13 points and pulled down a career-high five rebounds while Sheriff tallied a season-high 12 points.
•   Wilson is one of three players in the GSC averaging a double-double this season. The Jackson, Miss., native averages 13.5 points and 10.5 rebounds per contest. The rebound average ranks second the league behind West Florida's Courtney Meyer's 16.0 boards.
•   Matthews paces the offense for the Lady Choctaws as she's averaging 15 points per game followed by Lacey with 14 points. Ratcliffe and Sheriff are averaging 13 and 12 points per outing respectively.
•   Arkansas Tech enters the Tuesday matchup with a 3-0 record on the season, including a pair of Great American Conference wins. The midweek meeting marks the second, home outing for ATU as it topped Lane College 86-49 in the season opener. Tech is garnered its two GAC wins last week with double-digit decisions at East Central University (84-74) and Southeastern Oklahoma (78-64).
•   Four Golden Suns are averaging double figures scoring through the first three games led by Cheyenne North with 13.7 points. North also leads the Green and Gold on the glass with 11.0 rebounds per contest.Â
•   Kylie Ladd sits second on the team in scoring with 12.7 points per game while Ke'Vonshaye and Jayana Sanders each average 12.3 points.
