CLINTON, Miss. – Mississippi College Track & Field and Cross Country has finalized its largest recruiting class in program history, featuring standout athletes from across the Southeast and beyond. The 2025 class includes state champions, national qualifiers, and record holders who, according to Head Coach Joe Snyder, embody the "Choctaw Standard."
"A year ago, we created what we call the 'Choctaw Standard,'" said Snyder. "This standard is defined by five core principles: Honor God; Compete Fiercely; Selfless Involvement; Attitude of Gratitude; and the Relentless Pursuit of Excellence.
Our coaching staff went to work immediately on finding athletes that we believe meet these standards. This recruiting class is filled with outstanding athletes. More importantly, it is made up of world-class teammates.
With the largest recruiting class in MC Track & Field's history, our program is taking a huge step forward this fall. We will continue to look for 'Choctaw Standard' athletes who want to be a part of something bigger than themselves. I am grateful that God led these young men and women to our program. I can't wait to see what they will do!"
