CLINTON, Miss. --- With the GSC Tournament bracket now officially set, Mississippi College's men's basketball team is gearing up to travel to Cleveland, Tenn. to take on #2 seeded Lee on Tuesday, March 5 at the Paul Dana Walker Arena. Tip-off is scheduled for 6:30 p.m.

MC enters the tournament as the #7 seed, concluding the regular season with a record of 13-15 overall and 12-12 in GSC play. Lee finished with a strong record of 20-7 overall and 17-7 in GSC play.

The matchup marks the third meeting between the two teams this season. MC claimed victory in their first encounter, winning 76-70 in Clinton, Miss. on January 2. However, Lee responded in the second game, securing a 75-47 win in Cleveland, Tenn. on February 15.

The Gulf South Conference announced seeds and pairings for the 2024 GSC Men's Basketball Championship. The tournament will feature an eight-team single-elimination format, commencing on Tuesday, March 5, with the top-four seeds hosting quarterfinal round matchups. The remaining teams will head to the Pete Hanna Center in Birmingham, Ala. for the final two rounds on March 9-10.
