HUNTSVILLE, Ala. -- The Mississippi College softball team split Saturday's double-header at the Charger Chillout, winning game one in a big way, 14-4, over Tuskegee before falling in game two by a final score of 6-1 to Young Harris College.

In game one, the Choctaws pounded out 14 total hits as a team, including doubles byÂ

Jordan LaFosse (1).
McCall Lee also had one triple in the contest.
In game two, the Choctaws were held to just two hits and one run offensively by Young Harris, with the Choctaws lone run coming by way of a
Jordan LaFosse single to right field that scored
McCall Lee.Â
MC fell by a final of 6-1 to Young Harris, splitting Saturday's double header action. MC fell to 3-4 overall after game two's loss. The Choctaws will look to get in the win column again tomorrow another double-header action versus Southern Indiana at 10 a.m. and Lincoln Memorial at 12 p.m.
Games wil be played tomorrow morning at the Sand Mountain Amphitheater & Park in Huntsville, Ala.
