Eaton wrote her name into the history books in 2023, with an impressive batting average of .388 and an astounding OPS of 1.375, Eaton consistently delivered powerful hits throughout the season. In all 54 games played, she had 134 at-bats, resulting in an impressive 52 hits, including 11 doubles, 2 triples, and a school-record-breaking 17 home runs. She drove in 55 RBIs on the season including a school record .881 slugging percentage. Also tallied 118 total bases. Eaton was named to the 1st Team All-GSC as a Designated Player, NFCA 3rd Team All-American, D2CCA 1st Team All-South Region, and NFCA 1st Team All-South Region.

Had a fantastic freshman campaign with 40 appearances and 34 starts... batted .282 on the season with 24 hits in 85 plate appearances...finished third on the team with five (5) home runs on the season...drove in 16 runs while crossing home plate herself 24 times... finished with six (6) doubles and one (1) triple
