HOW IT HAPPENED

- Lewis settled in following the first as he held the Muleriders scoreless through the next three innings and allowed just two hits.
- After SAU extended its lead to 3-0, Callier deposited his team-leading, fifth home run of the season over the left field fence to place the Choctaws on the board. The hit was the second of the game for the Mobile, Ala., native as he doubled back in the third.
- The Muleriders added their final run of the game in the seventh as Riley Orr scored on a Baker groundout.
- Callier was robbed of his second home run of the game in the bottom of the seventh as he lifted a possible, two-run home run deept to left center, but SAU centerfield Ty Manning claimed the ball before it passed over the fence.
