LAST GAME: The Flames erased a halftime deficit and picked up a 95-90 overtime victory over North Georgia on December 6th. Rico Overall led five Flames in double-figures with 22 points, while Keevin Tyus tallied a double-double with 19 points and 12 rebounds. Lee shot 57% from the floor, including going 7-of-9 (78%) in overtime.

GAME NOTES
- This will be the 5th all-time meeting between the two schools with each winning twice. In 2014-15, the home teams grabbed both victories, while last season, the road teams got wins. The two teams played in Cleveland on January 11th with MC winning a low-scoring affair, 65-57.
- In MC's win over Selma last Saturday, the Choctaws had five players score in double-figures, led by junior
Stacey Mack, who scored 17 with a career-high 18 rebounds. The McComb native is currently tied for 3rd in Division II with 12.0 boards per game.
- Senior
DeOndre Haynes has been the team's most consistent player this season, scoring in double-figures in all four games and leading the team with 4.3 assists per contest.
- Junior
Antonio Johnson (16.0 ppg) is the team's leading scorer on the year and is shooting 42% from the three-point line. The McComb native has hit more than half the team's long range shots this season and is the only player shooting above 30%.
- The Flames are 3-0 at home this season under first-year head coach Bubba Smith, including a 95-90 overtime win over North Georgia their last time out. Five players scored in double-figures in the win, led by Rico Overall with 22 points.
- Keevin Tyus (18.6 ppg / 7.0 rpg) is the team's leading scorer and rebounder on the season, shooting 60% from the field. Overall (15.3 ppg) and Jervon Johnson (11.0 ppg) are also averaging double-figure scoring.
- The Flames come into the GSC contest as the top three-point shooting (.405) and second-best field-goal shooting (.489) team in the Gulf South Conference. On the flip side, Lee ranks 11th in free throw shooting (.646).
