CLINTON, Miss. --- The Mississippi College volleyball team dropped a 3-0, Gulf South Conference match on Tuesday evening at A.E. Wood Coliseum to the University of West Florida. UWF moves to 19-6, 12-1 in the conference while MC falls to 8-17, 1-13 in the league.

Bailee Berringer notched her third double-double on the campaign with a team-best 10 assists and 10 digs. The double-double places the Dickinson, Texas, product one behind
Sydney Chandler's team-leading four this season. The sophomore's assist total is the 15th time this season she's led the squad.

Jenna Campbell led the Lady Choctaws with eight kills on the night. It marks the 13th time this season that League City, Texas, native has paced MC in kills.

Madison Kimes paced the team in digs with 12 while
Kayana Mitchell had a team-best two blocks. The pair of rejections gives the Southaven, Miss., junior 200 in her career and moves her within five of moving into a tie for fourth all-time.

A tough night on the court for the Navy and Gold as the Argos held MC to a .019 attack clip while they posted a .350 percentage.

Kathryn Torre and Kourtney Pittaway led UWF with nine kills each while Monique StCyr distributed 37 of the squad's 40 assists. Tori Martella and Holly Mattmuller had 18 and 11 digs respectively while Cora Bidlack garnered five blocks.

Mississippi College returns to action on Friday, Oct. 28 as it travels to Carrollton, Ga., to face the University of West Georgia. Match time is set for 6 p.m. central.
