Haynes (Calera,Ala.) logged a career-high 31 points on a career-best 12 field goals from the field in MC’s 83-77 loss to Union on senior day Saturday. The senior guard also chipped in for three rebounds, seven assists and two steals in 38 minutes on the court.
 
Haynes also picked up 18 points on an 8-17 shooting night in MC’s 92-86 setback at Christian Brothers on Thursday. The senior guard has now scored in double figures for the Choctaws in 16 games this season.  Men’s hoops will return to action on Thursday, Feb. 23 when they travel to Carrollton,Ga. to take on the University of West Georgia in a GSC Matchup.
