The Mississippi College softball team played five games this week. They lost both in the double header agianst William Carey while coming back to win two in the three game series against Christian Brothers. 

In the first of the three game series against Christian Brothers, junior Madison Oliver (Ragland, Miss.) went 4-for-4 with three RBI and two runs scored, including a two-run double in the 6-run fifth inning. In the third game, Oliver went 3-for-4 while scoring two runs with one double. 

The Lady Choctaws will be back in action next weekend as they travel to Jackson, Tenn. to face Union University for a three-game series, beginning with a doubleheader on Saturday at 1:00 p.m.
