Kyle Smith posted a .500 batting average in three games this week...The Petal, Miss., native logged six hits, including a pair of doubles, and drove in four RBI...the senior also reached base via three walks...Smith is ranked among the top five in the GSC in batting average, slugging percentage, on-base percentage, runs scored, hits and doubles.

The Choctaws are scheduled to return to action on Saturday, Feb. 17 as it hosts McKendree (Ill.) University in a three-game series.
