Grace Harris joins the Mississippi College volleyball team as a graduate assistant. Harris comes to Clinton from the University of Montevallo, where she was a standout volleyball player for the Falcons.

The Cypress, Texas, native reached the 1,000 dig plateau during her senior season for the Purple and Gold and finished her four-year career with 1,028 digs. She posted 34 digs on Nov. 5, 2016 against USC Aiken, which ranks ninth in school history in a single match.

Harris excelled in the classroom, as she received the Bronze Scholar on the Peach Belt Conference Presidential Honor Roll for 2016-17 and was named to the Presidential Honor Roll from 2014-15.

She played at Cypress Woods High School, where she was named district honorable mention and was named an academic all-district selection following her senior season. She was a member of the Texas Tornados Volleyball Club that qualified for the USA Volleyball National Tournament four times.

Harris earned her Bachelors of Business Administration in Management.
