2015-16
Cross Country
posted a time of a 28:33.4 at the MC Choctaw Open.

Track (Indoor-Outdoor)
competed in 12 meets during the season for the Choctaws…opened up the season with a time of 4:41.87 in the mile, and 2:01.82 in the 800 meters at the BSC Panther Indoor Icebreaker on Dec. 4…recorded a time of 4:27.20 in his first 1500 meters of the year at the Mississippi College Season Opener on March 5…finished first place with a time of 1:58.62 in the 800 meters at the Rhodes Six-Way on April 9…accounted for two third-place finishes in the Gulf South Conference Championship Invitational on April 21-23, with a 4x4 time of 3:27.28 and a personal-best time of 4:07.38 in the 1500 meters…posted a personal-best time of 1:57.73 in the 800 meters at the Jace LaCoste-Mississippi State Invitational on April 30.

2014-15

ran in two meets during the season…recorded a personal-best 28:05.72 at the Walt Disney World Cross Country Classic 8K…posted a time of 20:21.14 at the Delta State Invite 6K.

Track (Indoor-Outdoor)
posted a time of 4:17.18 in the 1,500 meters at the MC Season Opener...recorded a time of 4:40.20 at the Rhodes College Invite in the mile...garnered a time of 1:57.88 in the 800 meters at the NCCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships.

ran in four meets during the season… recorded a season best 28:35.77 at the Choctaw Open 8K…posted a time of 29:03.43 at the Walt Disney World Cross Country Classic 8K…added a time of 29:25.80 in the Gulf Coast Stampede 8K…garnered a time of 18:11.00 in the MC Season Opener 5K.

Track (Indoor-Outdoor)
posted a season best time of 4:45.45 in the mile at the Southern Miss Invite...recorded a season best time of 2:06.63 at the Rhodes Invitational...garnered a time of 4:19.26 at the MC Twilight Invite.

BEFORE MISSISSIPPI COLLEGE
ran at Gulfport High School for Michelle Woodberry...was a 6A state qualifier in the 1600 meters and 3200 meters...graduated with special distinction...highest GPA in track.
