Cross Country
Ran a season-best 10K time at the NCAA Division II South Region Championships with a 33:57.5…posted a time of 25:31.0 in the Gulf South Conference Championships 8K…recorded a time of 16:34.2 in the Mississippi College Season Opener 5K.

BEFORE MISSISSIPPI COLLEGE
competed two seasons at Lake Erie College…All-Great Lake Intercollegiate Athletic Conference in cross country (2016), outdoor track (2016) and indoor track (2016, 2017)…posted indoor best times of 1:52.23 in the 800 meters and 4:16.95 in the mile…recorded outdoor best times of 1:56.30 in the 800 meters, 3:55.05 in the 1,500 meters and 15:16.57 in the 5,000 meters…ran in six cross country events in 2016 with a season-best finish of fourth at the Ric Sayre Invitational…ran in six cross country events in 2015 with a season-high finish of fifth at the Gannon/Mercyhurst Invite…posted indoor best times of 1:53.71 in the 800 meters, 2:38.55 in the 1000 meters, 4:19.59 in the mile and 8:44.36 in the 3000 meters…recorded outdoor best times of 1:52.79 in the 800 meters, 3:43.44 in the 1500 meters and 15:34.69 in the 5000 meters…prior to Lake Erie, he ran at Lake Catholic... two-time state qualifier in cross country and track... finished seventh in the state in cross country... finished first in the state in the 4x400 and second in the 4x800.
