Otis Harvey is entering his second year as the graduate assistant for the men's basketball team at Mississippi College.
Harvey, a Gulfport, Miss. native, played three seasons for the Choctaws after transferring from Jones County JC. He scored 254 career points with 98 assists and 63 made three-point field goals. He scored a career-high 20 points, going 6-of-7 from the three-point line, against West Georgia on December 6, 2015.
Prior to his time at MC, Otis played for head coach Rahim Lockhart at Jones County JC where he played in the MACJC North-South All-Star Game. He also played in the MHSAA North-South All-Star Game after playing for former Choctaw Owen Miller at Gulfport HS.
Otis earned his degree in Kinesiology (Sports Management) from Mississippi College and is currently pursuing his Masters of Athletic Administration
