Welcome to Choctaw Trails, Mississippi's premier cross-country course! Remodeled in 2020, Choctaw Trails has been redesigned to host the South's best cross-country experience for everyone, including athletes, coaches, and spectators. As the host of the biggest and fastest meets in Mississippi, Choctaw Trails stands out as a true cross-country course that promises a memorable race for all participants.

Course Features:

• Historic and Redesigned: Choctaw Trails blends its rich history with modern enhancements to provide an unparalleled racing experience. Every detail has been carefully crafted to ensure optimal performance and enjoyment for athletes and spectators alike.
• Ample Parking and Facilities: With abundant parking for fans, shaded team tent areas for coaches and athletes, and designated restrooms for both, Choctaw Trails offers all the amenities needed for a seamless and enjoyable event.
• Spacious Starting Line: The course boasts a starting line big enough to safely accommodate 40 teams, ensuring a smooth and fair start for all competitors.
• Wide Running Path: Every step of the race is run on grass, with a width of over 30 feet at all points. This design allows front-runners, mid-packers, and come-from-behind strategists alike a safe opportunity to compete.
• Clear Course Markings and Timing: Markings are present at every kilometer and mile, with multiple clocks along the way to help athletes track their progress. The final 800 meters, looping adjacent to the finish line, is designed to inspire and energize athletes as they approach the end.
• Spectator Experience: Two sets of bleachers line the final stretch, enabling spectators to cheer athletes through to the finish line and creating an electric atmosphere that enhances the racing experience.
