CLINTON, Miss. - Jason Curry, a former Mississippi College baseball player, has released his debut book, Finish Empty®: All You Got. Every Day., a motivational and practical guide encouraging readers to live with intentionality, discipline, and purpose.
Now a nationally recognized leadership speaker and pastor based in Arkansas, Curry leads the Finish Empty® movement, inspiring thousands each year through keynote events, team development sessions, and faith-based coaching. His new book outlines a mindset of leaving nothing undone mentally, spiritually, and emotionally-by committing fully to each day.
The book, which launched in June, is available in paperback, Kindle, and audiobook formats. It breaks down a step-by-step framework for rejecting complacency, acting on purpose, and sustaining personal growth in the face of challenges.
Curry, who played four years of baseball at Mississippi College, continues to carry lessons from the field into his work today. Current MC head baseball coach Jeremy Haworth said Curry's message resonates with the values the program strives to teach.
"It's always special to see one of our former players go on to make a real impact beyond the field," said Haworth.
"Jason Curry's message in Finish Empty® is powerful and timely-it's about living with purpose, giving your all, and not leaving anything behind. That mindset is what we try to instill in our players every day. His journey is a great example of what it means to represent Mississippi College the right way."
Curry also serves as the teaching pastor at The Church at Rock Creek in Little Rock, Ark. and was recently named Life Coach of the Year by AY Magazine. He and his wife, Courtney, have two daughters, Carson and Cameron.
