RIDGELAND, Miss. — Mississippi College dominated Tougaloo with a decisive 12-0 victory on Wednesday at Titan Stadium. The Blue and Gold fired 25 shots with 20 on target, while the defense held Tougaloo to just two shots, securing a shutout. MC's offensive performance was highlighted by a hat trick and a game-winning goal, showcasing their efficiency in front of the goal.
The first half began with the Choctaws setting the tone early, as
Grace Studinka found the back of the net in the fifth minute, starting a scoring barrage.
Addison Weems quickly added another goal, assisted by
Anna Adkins, and by the eighth minute, Studinka scored again with help from Katelyn Crisler, extending the lead to three. MC continued their offensive push with another goal from Weems in the ninth minute, followed by a strike from Crisler. The half saw consistent offensive pressure as Weems netted two more goals, contributing to a commanding lead.
MC maintained their momentum as
Jazmin Roltsch and
Presley Pinkston, with an assist from
Adison Barham, added to the scoreboard, bringing the tally to nine.
Roxy Crotts capped off the scoring with a goal in the 37th minute. Despite attempts from Tougaloo, MC's defense, anchored by

MC solidified their control when
Hayley Patrick found the back of the net in the 69th minute, further distancing their team from Tougaloo. The half closed with The Blue and Gold holding a commanding 12-0 lead, displaying a strong offensive presence throughout the second half.
The Choctaws dominated the first half with a relentless offensive performance, securing a 10-0 lead over Tougaloo.
