EATONTON, Ga. --- Mississippi College men's golf placed 12th overall at the Bobcat Invitational in Eatonton, Ga. this week, with JJ Logue leading the way, placing third overall individually. 

After finishing a week ago as the individual champion at the Darrell Foreman Invite at Delta State and winning the GSC Golfer of the Week, Logue finished with scores of 69 in each of the first and second round, capping off the week with a total score of 138 (-2) and three strokes behind first place winner, A.J. Ewart of Barry.

Adam Murphree shot scores of 76 and 73, placing T46 overall on the leaderboard at +9 for the event. Jeff Lebeau was just outside the top 50, sitting at T51 with a round one score of 75 and a second round score of 76.

Grant Mahaney went 77 on day one of the event before following up on day two with a 76, placing T61 overall at +13. Bryson Jones capped off the Choctaws lineup T61 along with Mahaney, with a day one outing of 76 and a day two score of 77. 

MC returns to the course on Monday, March 27 and Tuesday, March 28 at Union. The Choctaws will tee off beginning at 8 a.m. in Jackson, Tenn.
