CLINTON, Miss. --- Over the next week, the Mississippi College Department of Athletics Communications will be releasing the 2021 fall sports schedules. On Tuesday, August 3, the MC Department of Athletic Communications is pleased to announce the 2021 schedule for the MC football program for the upcoming fall semester.
Football season is back in Clinton, Miss. as the Choctaws are set for a 10-game 2021 campaign. The Choctaws are slated for six home games at
Robinson-Hale Stadium with four games set on the road.
MC gets the season started at home beginning on Thursday, September 2 versus Albany State. Kickoff for the Choctaws season opener is set for 6 p.m. CST at Robinson-Hale Stadium. Followed by an open week in week two of the regular season, MC will host back to back home games versus Fort Lauderdale (Sept. 18) and West Alabama (Sept. 25) at home. The Choctaws first road trip will be on the road at North Greenville on October 2. Kickoff for the contest is set for 2 p.m. in Tigerville, S.C.
The following week, MC returns back home for action against West Georgia beginning at 2 p.m. The Choctaws remaining home contests include back to back weeks versus Valdosta State (Oct. 23) and homecoming on Oct. 30 versus West Florida. Mississippi College's final away games for 2021 include on the road at Shorter (Oct. 16), at Delta State (Nov. 6) and at West Alabama (Nov. 13) to close out the regular season schedule.
