CLINTON, Miss. --- The Mississippi College men's tennis team dropped a tight doubles point before falling to Lee, 7-0, on Thursday afternoon at the MC Tennis Complex.

DOUBLES ACTION
 - The Choctaws got off to a fast start as
Paolo Scorzoni and
Maksym Konovalov won the #2 match by a score of 7-5.
 - MC played the other two doubles matches to a tie-break, but fell in both.
 -
Joe Jarvis and
Brady McDaniel lost at #3 (7-6 (7-2)), while
Matias Ballatore and
Carlos Trujillo lost at #1 (7-6 (7-4)).
SINGLES ACTION
 - Konovalov played the tightest singles match of the afternoon, falling in three sets at #6 (4-6, 6-1, 10-6).
 -
Shane Samyn took his first set to a tie-break at #5, but lost in straight sets (7-6 (8-6), 6-3).
 - The Flames won the other singles matches in straight sets.

 - The Choctaws are scheduled to be back in action on Saturday (April 17) when they host #19 Auburn Montgomery at 10:00 a.m.
