CLINTON, Miss. --- For the third straight and ninth season in program history, the 13th-ranked Mississippi College baseball team have earned a berth in the Gulf South Conference Championship, May 3-7, in Oxford, Ala., at Choccolocco Park.

The Choctaws (28-15, 20-7 GSC) enter the double-elimination tournament as the No. 2 seed and open against the No. 7 seed University of West Georgia (26-23, 15-14 GSC) on May 3 at 1 p.m.

Game One of the tournament features No. 3 seed Delta State University against No. 6 seed Valdosta State University at 10 a.m. No. 4 University of Alabama in Huntsville vs. No. 5 Montevallo square off at 4 p.m. No. 1 seed University of West Florida takes on No. 8 seed Shorter University wrap up the day at 7 p.m. All times are central.

Admission for the tournament will feature daily passes at $8 for adults, $5 for 6-17 year olds, $5 for GSC students with ID's and 5 and under will be FREE. Additionally, tournament passes will be sold for $20.
