CLINTON, Miss. – The Mississippi College volleyball team had its Senior Day spoiled as MC fell in straight sets to Valdosta State University on Saturday, Nov. 3 at A.E. Wood Coliseum.
Kendall Platt and
Autumn Frost led the Navy and Gold in kills with nine each while
Jamie Boros added eight.
Lexie Laurendine distributed a team-best 16 assists while
Rylee Markham added 15.
Jill Brown provided a team-leading 13 digs in the setback.

Valdosta State used an 8-0 run in the second set to gain a 23-16 lead en route to taking a 2-0 lead in the match. VSU trailed 16-15 before the scoring spurt, including dropping the previous three points.
