Lady Choctaws Prevail Over Rollins College 1-0 in Defensive Battle

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. --- The Mississippi College women's soccer team opened up the 2017 season with a 1-0 shutout victory over Rollins College on Friday afternoon.

  • Carson's score accounted for the lone goal for either team in the game.
  • The Tars saw several opportunities to crack the scoreboard in the contest, but the MC defense held steady to pitch the shutout.
