MC, which rattled off five victories over the past week, looks for its first win over the Hawks in program history after dropping the four previous outings over the last two seasons.

Jenna Campbell continues to pace the Lady Choctaws' offense as the League City, Texas, native has totaled 63 kills this season, including 46 over the last five outings. The sophomore has four, double-digit kill performances this season

The setter duo of
Sydney Chandler and
Bailee Berringer drive the offensive effort. Chandler has dished out a team-best 114 assists while Berringer has registered 107.

Madison Kimes,
Kayana Mitchell and
Jamila Biglow direct the defensive end of the squad. Kimes leads the team with 87 digs while Mitchell and Biglow rank first and second in blocks on the squad. Mitchell leads the team with 23 blocks while Biglow adds 18 blocks. Campbell ranks third in blocks with 16.

Shorter enters the Monday night affair unblemished on the season. The Hawks stand 5-0 on campaign following a 3-0 win over Tuskegee University on Tuesday night.

The Blue and White have three players with 40-plus kills on the season led by Elizabeth Dowd's 59. Tiffani Estep, who is tied for tops on the team with 18 blocks, and Madeline Munroe have 42 and 40 respectively. Cheyenne Frady leads the team with 117 assists. Hannah Flack stands tied with 18 blocks while Cheyenne McLemore has 64 digs.

Monday's match is the first of four GSC contests this week for Mississippi College. MC hosts Valdosta State on Wednesday, Sept. 14 at 5 p.m. Following the midweek tilt, the Lady Choctaws travel to Union and Christian Brothers over the weekend.
