Last Game: The Badgers lost to Gulf South Conference foe West Florida on Tuesday night in Pensacola, 74-56. Shawn Moore and Brandon Fischer each led SHC with 10 points apiece.
GAME NOTES
- This will be the 13th all-time meeting between the two schools with MC holding a 7-5 edge in the series. The teams have split the two most recent meetings with the home teams leaving victorious. The Choctaws are 4-0 all-time in Clinton against the Badgers.
- Head coach
Don Lofton enters his 13th season at the helm of the MC program, tallying 198 career victories over 318 games.

Stacey Mack posted a double-double with 15 points and 16 rebounds against Auburn Montgomery, going 9-of-11 from the free throw line and nailing the game-clincher in the final seconds.

- The Choctaws shot 77% (23-of-30) from the foul line and had 17 assists on 21 field goals against AUM. MC also blocked five shots, led by Mack's career-high three swats in the win.
- The Badgers have dropped their first six games of 2016-17, including losses to Gulf South Conference foes Union (53-66), Shorter (60-84), West Alabama (56-63) and West Florida (56- 74).
- In the loss to UWF on Tuesday night, SHC was led by Shawn Moore and Brandon Fischer with 10 points apiece. Walter Massey recorded a team-high 10 rebounds, while Jared Holland led the way with five assists.
- On the season, Massey (12.0 ppg) is the team's leading scorer and the only player to average in double-figures. He also leads the team with 8.7 rebounds per game.
