Senior Lakin Ford recorded his third career double-double in an 88-81 victory over Rust College on Tuesday evening in A.E. Wood Coliseum.

The Cedar Bluff, Miss. native led the Choctaws with 20 points and 12 rebounds on the night.

Ford and the Choctaws will begin conference play when they host Concordia Texas on Monday night.  MC will hit the road to face conference opponents LeTourneau on Thursday and East Texas Baptist on Saturday.
