Sophomore Baylee Freudenberg has been named the Mississippi College Merit Health Female Athlete of the Week, it was announced on Monday (March 9).
Freudenberg (League City, Texas) hit .538 (7-of-13) with four home runs, two doubles and seven RBI as the Lady Choctaws went 5-0 on the week, including a three-game road sweep of Shorter.
