Zairia Brown posted a fifth place finish in the 400 meters at the Birmingham-Southern College Icebreaker. Brown recorded a time of 57.79 in the opening indoor meet of the season - her collegiate best in the event. The fifth place finish was the best finish by the Lady Choctaws at the Invite. 

Mississippi College returns to action on Friday, Jan. 18 at the Samford Invitational.
