Sydney Chandler became the Mississippi College career assists leader over the weekend. The Silverhill, Ala., native grabbed the top spot on the list with 17 assists against Flagler College. The senior totaled a team-best 92 assists in the five matches during the week. Chandler delivered two double-doubles during the week with 15 assists and 14 digs at Alcorn State and followed wit 21 assists and 13 digs in the five-set win over Nova Southeastern at the Gulf South Conference-Sunshine State Conference South Region Crossover in Hoover, Ala.

Mississippi College returns to action on Tuesday, Oct. 17 as it hosts GSC foe Christian Brothers. First whistle is set for 6 p.m.
