Taylor (Tupelo, Miss.) was the hero in Sunday's record setting double overtime 2-1 win against Auburn Montgomery. Her golden goal in the 103rd minute not only gave MC the win but helped the team set a new program record for consecutive wins with their 12th victory in a row. 

The Junior captain has had a great 2018 season so far, scoring four goals and notching two assists on the year along with being leader on the pitch all year for the Lady Choctaws. 

Taylor and the Lady Choctaws will be back in action this weekend for a pair of home Gulf South Conference matches, opening Thursday against nationally ranked West Florida.
