Mississippi Colege Athletics

Mississippi College junior infielder Spencer Brunson batted 10-for-16 (.625) with four home runs and two walks over a 4-0 week, which included a road conference sweep over East Texas Baptist University.  He batted six runs in and scored nine times.  Brunson recorded a .667 on-base percentage, 1.375 slugging percentage, and did not make an error in the field in 12 chances. 

Brunson and the Choctaws return home for four games this week starting with Belhaven at 6 p.m. on Tuesday night followed by a three-game set with Ozarks starting Friday at 6 p.m.
