The Mississippi College volleyball team closed out their 2014 season last weekend as they faced Valdosta State on Friday and West Florida on Saturday. The Lady Choctaws fell to both teams in three sets.

Freshman Krista Zieschang (Sugar Land, Texas) led the team with 10 kills against Valdosta State. On Saturday, Zieschang tallied four kills versus West Florida.

Zieschang was a strong addition to the Lady Choctaws this year as she led the team with 223 kills on the season, averaging 2.25 kills per set.
