Sophomore outside hitter Katie Askew led the Lady Choctaws to a 1-1 week with their first conference win against Mary Hardin-Baylor and a close loss to nationally-ranked Texas-Dallas.  Askew paced MC with 22 kills and only two errors in 60 attempts.  Askew also led the Lady Choctaws 37 digs.
