Griffin Fleming oversees fan engagement for Mississippi Christian University Athletics. In this role, she directs the Diamond Girls baseball hostesses and helped launch the Code Blue student section, playing a vital role in energizing the campus, enhancing the game day atmosphere, and strengthening connections among students, fans, and the community.
In addition to her work in fan engagement, Fleming is in her third season as the Head Coach of the Mississippi Christian University Golden Girls Dance Team. Since taking the position in 2024, she has propelled the program to new heights, including guiding the team to its historic, first-ever appearance at the DTU College Classic Virtual Competition in March 2026. Under her leadership, the Golden Girls have also deepened their community footprint—highlighted by a featured performance at the 2025 Mistletoe Marketplace—and have consistently elevated the game day atmosphere at MC athletic events.
A Mississippi College alumna, Fleming was a four-year member of the Choctaw Cheerleading Squad (2020–2024), serving as team captain for her junior and senior years. A native of the area, she received her formal dance training at The Studio in Clinton, Clinton Cheer Academy, and Dance Unlimited in Byram. Fleming received her Bachelor's degree in Political Science/Pre-Legal in 2024 and will receive her Master's degree in Strategic Communications from MC in December of 2026.
