Brooke Fagan

Brooke Fagan returns to Mississippi College for the 2025 season as an assistant coach with the Lady Choctaws Softball program. A former standout infielder for MC, Fagan begins her first year on staff in Clinton after building her coaching résumé at both the junior college and NCAA Division II levels.

Fagan spent the 2024–25 season as an assistant coach at East Central Community College, where she gained valuable experience recruiting and developing athletes at the junior college level. Before that, she served as a graduate assistant at her alma mater, Mississippi College, during the 2024 season.

As a player, Fagan was a key contributor for the Lady Choctaws from 2020–23, where she excelled both on the field and in the classroom. She earned multiple postseason honors, including Second Team All-Gulf South Conference, D2CCA Second Team All-South Region, NFCA Second Team All-South Region, and a spot on the 2023 All-GSC Tournament Team. She was also recognized for her academic success as a CSC Academic All-District honoree and once earned GSC Player of the Week honors.

Prior to her career at MC, Fagan played two seasons at Pearl River Community College. She began her collegiate career under Coach Leigh White (now head coach at East Central) and later played for Coach Christie Meeks. Her freshman season was highlighted by being named to the MACJC All-State Team and NJCAA Region XXIII All-Region Team while helping PRCC host a regional tournament for the first time in school history and finishing runner-up in the state tournament. She posted a .355 batting average with a .432 on-base percentage, 25 RBIs, and 44 runs scored that season. In a sophomore campaign shortened by COVID-19, she was on pace for another standout year, hitting .397 with a .527 on-base percentage, 22 RBIs, and 21 runs scored.

Fagan prepped at Hancock High School in Kiln, Mississippi, where she was an All-State selection and established herself as one of the top players in the state.

A native of Poplarville, Mississippi, Fagan earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Management from Mississippi College in 2022 and her Master’s Degree in Athletic Administration from MC in 2024.
