Kasey Cox is entering her second season as the graduate assistant for the softball team at Mississippi College.
In 2019, the Lady Choctaws set a school record with 40 wins and advanced to the finals of the NCAA Division II South Regional in Melbourne, Fla.
Cox played three seasons at Tennessee State University (2016-18), racking up 45 hits with 12 doubles over her career. She was twice named to the Ohio Valley Conference Commissioner's Honor Roll. Prior to her time at TSU, she spent a season at Indian River State College in Fort Pierce, Fla.
Kasey was born in Indianapolis, Ind. and her family currently resides in Jensen Beach, Fla. She earned her undergraduate degree in Human Performance and Sports Science from Tennessee State University and is currently pursuing a Master of Athletic Administration.
