Courtney Nesbit is entering her first season as the Assistant Coach for the softball team at Mississippi College.
She played softball at Mississippi State University from 2008-201, where she was a four-year starter at designated player and first base. She earned NFCA All-America Scholar-Athlete award from 2009-2011 and she was a four- time SEC Academic Honor Roll honoree during her tenure as a Bulldog.
Nesbit is originally from Acworth, GA. She earned a Bachelor's degree in special education in 2011 and received her Masters of Science in special education in 2012, both from Mississippi State University. She is engaged to Brandon James.
