Sylvain Alarcon is entering his first year as a student assistant coach at Mississippi College.
Alarcon was a four-year starter on the offensive line for the Choctaws, playing from 2010-13. The LaPlace, La. native started the final 34 games of his career. Alarcon was also an Honorable Mention All-American Southwest Conference selection as a senior. He was selected to play in the Dream Bowl in Virginia Beach, Va. on January 20, 2014, honoring the best D-III players from across the country.
Alarcon is the son of Angel Carmen and is currently finishing up his degree in Christian Studies.
