Brian Harris is entering his first season as the wide receivers coach at Mississippi College.

Harris was a quarterback for the Choctaws from 2006-08, completing 64% of his passes for 335 yards and two touchdowns.  As a sophomore, he completed 74% of his passes for 335 yards and two touchdowns.

Following his career at MC, Harris spent 2010 in Arena Football League 2 and the Indoor Football League playing for the San Angelo Stampede and the Maryland Maniacs.  In 2011, Brian had a private workout with the St. Louis Rams.  He also played in the Canadian Football League with the Calgary Stampede.  2011 als saw Harris in the AFL 1, AFL 2 and IFL with the Philadelphia Soul, Milwaukee Mustangs and Harrisburg Stampede.

In 2012, Harris saw action in the AFL 1, AFL 2 and IFL, as well as, playing football in Finland.  Harris also played for the Hamilton Tigercats and the BC Lions of the Canadian Football League.  He earned NFL private workouts with the Kansas City Chiefs, New York Jets and Tampa Bay Buccaneers.  In 2013, Harris played for the San Antonion Talons, Columbus Lions and Albany Panthers of the AFL 1, AFL 2 and IFL.

Brian earned his undergraduate degree in Kinesiology and is currently working on his Master's of Athletic Administration.  The Picayune native is the son of Loren and Dianne Harris.
