CLINTON, Miss. — Mississippi Christian University's women's soccer program has canceled all activities scheduled for Saturday, including its alumni game and intrasquad match.

The alumni game has been canceled due to extreme heat conditions. The program prioritizes the health and safety of its former student-athletes and determined that canceling Saturday's alumni event was the appropriate decision given the forecast.

The intrasquad match has also been canceled as the program manages several injuries within the team.

The Choctaws plan to announce a new date for the alumni game in the spring. Additional details will be announced at a later date.

Fans and alumni are encouraged to follow Mississippi Christian women's soccer on social media for updates regarding the rescheduled alumni game and future program activities.
