CLINTON, Miss. --- This weekend's final home series for the Mississippi College softball program versus Union University has officially been moved up to Friday and Saturday due to the threat of weather moving through Clinton on Sunday.
Both programs with go head to head with game one on Friday evening beginning with a 5:30 p.m. first pitch at the MC Softball Complex.
On Saturday, the two will meet up for a doubleheader beginning at 1 p.m., followed by game three of the series at the conclusion of game two.
Seniors will be recognized on the field Saturday afternoon at the MC Softball Complex, beginning at 12:40 p.m., prior to the first game of Saturdays doubleheader.
Mississippi College is a private Christian university located in Clinton, Mississippi with an enrollment of over 5,000 students. MC recently finished their transition process back to NCAA Division II and the Gulf South Conference and began competing for conference and national championships in the 2016-17 academic year.
