MOBILE, Ala. --- The Mississippi College Lady Choctaws tennis team continued their stellar play on the court Sunday afternoon, taking the sweep over Spring Hill College by a final of 7-0.

Maria Rodriguez picked up wins (6-1, 6-0) at No. 2 and No. 3 doubles, picking up to 1-0 lead heading to singles play.
The Lady Choctaws went 6-0 across the board in singles play, dominating SHC on their way to picking up the overall win on the afternoon by a score of 7-0.
Mississippi College improves to 8-1 overall on the season and will remain on the road for a Tuesday afternoon matchup versus the University of Mobile. The two programs go head to head beginning at 2 p.m. in Mobile, Ala.Â
