Mississippi College junior Stuart Magee was named American Southwest Conference East Division Hitter of the Week for the games of February 8-14.  The Choctaws swept Piedmont College on Sunday after falling Belhaven on Wednesday.

Magee led the Choctaws to the 2-1 week going 6-10 at the plate with a triple, double, and two RBI.  The Hinds Community College transfer has hit safely in all five games this season.
