Valy went a perfect 4-0 on the court, while not dropping a single set during the past week. Valy’s week was highlighted by an 8-6 double's victory in the number one spot, and a single’s victory in straight sets in the number one spot (6-0, 6-2) against #37 ranked North Alabama on Friday, April 7.

Valy also helped guide the Choctaws to an 8-1 victory over Alabama Huntsville on Sunday, April 9 with an 8-4 double's victory in the number one spot, and a single's victory in the number one spot in straight sets (6-4, 6-4). The Athis Moms, France native now holds a record of 8-5 in single's play, and a team-best record of 12-2 in double's with partner Marcos Rocca.

The men’s tennis team will return to action on Wednesday, April 12 when they host Loyola University in a nonconference match beginning at 2:00 p.m.
