Senior Carlie Sargent (Oxford, Ala.) was dominant in two wins over Union University in Jackson, Tenn. this weekend, going 2-0 with a 0.54 ERA and 18 strikeouts with just one walk over 13.0 innings pitched. She tied a career-high with 11 strikeouts in the 10-0 win on Sunday.

She has now tossed nine consecutive complete games and has posted a 6-1 record with a 1.54 ERA and 58 strikeouts over her last seven starts.

The Lady Choctaws will be back in action on Wednesday when they travel to Lorman, Miss. to face Alcorn State in a doubleheader at 1:00 p.m.
